Bliss and Luck is a platform that allows users to search, price out, and compare all vendors who could help orchestrate a South Asian themed event. To help avoid the frustrating experience of playing phone tag and emailing back and forth with vendors and services, Bliss and Luck allows you to send your details and selected options for each vendor/ service selected and schedule an appointment with just one click.

We are a central hub that hosts a rich database of vendors. Vendors are those who have services or products that they offer to customers. A vendor will fall into one or more our 11 categories. For instance, a makeup-artist will fall under the 'Makeup & Style' category. 

Our database of vendors will benefit the customer who is in search of vendors who have experience and understanding of creating a wow South Asian event like Wedding, Babyshower, House Warming etc.

 

If you are someone who provides services or products, then you are a vendor. You can even be a freelance baker who specialise in baking festive goodies or a band of singers who can perform at events. You can be an individual or a group and all you need is a single vendor account to advertise your services or product to everyone who is in search of it.

If you are the user who is in search of the above, then all you have to do is create a customer account with us, which is completely free.

 

Yes you can.

However, you will not be able to use the same email addresses for both accounts. You are required to use a different email address for your second account. This is necessary in order to differentiate both accounts.

 

What information we collect from you depends on your account. If you a customer, we only require your name and email address or phone number. Vendors are required to provide more information such as their business name, address, contact details.

 

Simply create an account to get started. The User Interface is very detailed but intuitive. We require you to create an account so you can submit requests to vendors; can save your favorite vendors; can create or like blogs; post or like pictures; and post reviews in your account with the help of a click and allow you to access them at a later time. Vendors would need to create an account to setup their online storefront, create Blogs or photo albums, submit quotes on customer requests, update delivery status, or get featured.

 

Vendors and service providers to provide the representative pricing estimates as shown on their respective Profile pages. Although these prices are close, they may not be 100% accurate as prices are always subject to change based on availability, time of booking and detailed options. Please be sure to confirm pricing with the vendors.

 
 

We are looking for vendors with a true passion while operating in a professional manner. We also want to make sure that you should have at least 2 years working experience in your field (working for another celebration service, product or venue related business counts). We are looking for vendors that share the same style + quality of work that we feature here on Bliss & Luck.

 

No. You can set up your vendor profile for free on Bliss & Luck. Free Profile has some limits. Optionally, you could choose to get our PREMIUM Membership or a FEATURED Membership which come with a small monthly cost. These different membership packages help you get a boost to your business. We do offer special pricing including free listings from time to time.

Customers can signup for free too.

Both Customers and Vendors can create Inspiration Albums. There is no admin approval process for creating Inspiration Albums but all the albums are reviewed. Please make sure that the images should be relevant to the title and related to a celebration related product, service or vendor. If any content is found inappropriate (Copyright infringement, nudity, Violence or offensive) the Album would be removed and the associated account will be banned forever. If another user reports or flags your image or content as inappropriate then admins will review your content and take necessary action. Please read terms of use and privacy policies for more details.

 

Both Customers and Vendors can create Blogs. There is an admin approval process for creating or editing a Blog. All Blogs are reviewed by the Admins for Quality and correctness etc. Please make sure that the content and images should be relevant to the title and related to a celebration related product, service or vendor. Requests are a great way to reach out to multiple vendors and seek their competing quotes for the services or products that you are seeking for your dream event. You can discretely submit one or more requests and it is pushed out to multiple vendors with just one click. The process remains private and vendors only get to know your contact details once you finalize a vendor or you plan to disclose your details to them. Once Vendors submit their quotes which include details of services or products they will provide as well as pricing and other details, you can choose a vendor and convert their quote into an order. Selected vendor can then accept your order and start working on delivery. Once the order is delivered you can confirm the same and make a payment to the vendor directly. You can then submit a review for the Vendor which helps them build the testaments of their work
